About The Wine
Barbera grapes grown on sunny south-east facing slope at around 300-320 metres above sea level on 30 years old vines by Tacchino family in Monferrato in Piemonte. Grapes were 100% hand-picked. 10% fermented in large barrels and 90% in stainless steel tank to retain pure fruit aromas with soft and velvety structure.
Tasting Note
Vibrant, refreshing, filled with a nose of sweet red cherries with balanced acidity and super fine grained tannins. Delicious dried fruits aromas with a hint of spice on the close. Sour cherry flavour with a lively acidity and a nice clean finish.
