About The Wine
This French sparkling wine arises from the production of a single vineyard in Sigolsheim. It is a 100% Pinot Blanc, made in the traditional method, with a second fermentation in bottle.
Tasting Note
A refreshing and crisp sparkling wine, full of flavour of green apple and a hint of honey and toast. Delicate, elegant bubbles, balanced and pleasant finish. Served well for parties, paired with cheese platters, fruits and nuts.
